Claim (excerpt)：

走行車線から自車両が逸脱する傾向がある場合、その逸脱を回避する車線逸脱回避制御を行う車線逸脱防止装置において、 走行車線の路肩の障害物に応じて前記車線逸脱回避制御の制御量を設定することを特徴とする車線逸脱防止装置。
